After you receive your Letter of Acceptance from the desired institution, you can proceed for Visa lodgment. Below is the visa process for Canada:
- Prepare Financial Documents along with SOP: Gather all required documents, which vary by country.
- Prepare your Study Permit Application: Gather all required documents, which vary by country.
- Proceed for Visa Lodgment: Create an account in Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) portal and fill the form and submit your application online using the IRCC portal
- Wait for Biometric letter: Wait for notification regarding biometric data collection in IRCC portal
- Book Biometric Appointment: After you receive a Biometric Letter, book your biometric appointment at VFS Global Canada for the nearest available date. Biometric submission will be automatically updated in the IRCC account
- Undergo Medical Test: Either you complete your medical test before your visa Lodgement and upload the Upfront medical proof in the IRCC portal or After 30 days (on average) of visa lodgement, you will be requested for the medical test. Book a medical appointment for Canada through an authorised medical centre like TMMC Medical test completion will be automatically updated in the IRCC account.
- Passport Request: Upon completion of the medical test, you will receive your passport request after some days
- Submit Passport: Submit your passport to the VFS Global Canada center.
- Receive Passport: Once processed, you will receive an email to retrieve your passport with the visa stamp.
